03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 ripe banana, mashed
05 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
06 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
09 - Pinch of salt

10 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
11 - 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
12 - 1/2 banana, sliced
13 - Drizzle of maple syrup
# Directions:
01 - Using a medium mixing bowl or large jar, thoroughly combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, mashed banana, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until the mixture is homogeneous.
02 - Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate the mixture overnight, or for at least 6 to 8 hours, to ensure the oats absorb liquid and flavors fully.
03 - In the morning, remove the chilled oats and stir well. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if desired.
04 - Divide oats evenly into two bowls or jars. Top each serving with chopped walnuts or pecans, sliced banana, mini chocolate chips, and a drizzle of maple syrup, as preferred. Serve chilled.
