# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain tenderness.
05 - Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
06 - Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Dollop over batter and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled pattern.
