# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, toss diced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed puff pastry to a 12x10-inch rectangle.
04 - Brush surface of pastry with melted butter, then evenly spread caramel sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border along one long edge.
05 - Distribute cinnamon apple filling uniformly over caramel layer.
06 - Starting from the long edge opposite the border, tightly roll pastry into a log and pinch seam to seal.
07 - Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal slices. Place pinwheels, cut side up, spaced apart on prepared baking sheet.
08 - Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
09 - Cool slightly. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
