# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken with honey, chili crisp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper until evenly coated. Set aside.
02 - Mix mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses together in a separate bowl.
03 - Lay out all bread slices and spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each. For added crispness, apply mayonnaise on the opposite side where desired.
04 - On the unbuttered sides of half the bread slices, layer the cheese mixture, followed by the honey chili crisp chicken, then top with additional cheese. Cover each with remaining bread slices, ensuring the buttered sides face outward.
