# Directions:

01 - Rinse cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Drain mini mozzarella balls and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
03 - Thread each wooden skewer with ingredients in this order: 1 cherry tomato, 1 basil leaf (folded if large), 1 mozzarella ball, 1 basil leaf, 1 cherry tomato, 1 basil leaf, and finish with 1 mozzarella ball to create a Christmas tree shape.
04 - Place skewers on a large serving platter forming a triangular shape resembling a Christmas tree.
05 - Position rosemary sprigs at the base of the arrangement for the tree trunk and tuck additional sprigs among the skewers for a festive effect.
06 - Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the skewers.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on top and serve immediately.
