# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute the chopped bacon over the top.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
05 - Drizzle maple syrup over the Brussels sprouts and bacon, then toss gently with tongs to coat.
06 - Return to the oven and continue roasting for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized and bacon is crisp.
07 - Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately while hot.
