03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light

05 - 2 to 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste
→ Citrus
06 - Juice of 1 lime
→ Ice & Garnish
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)
09 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine pineapple, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice in a blender.
02 - Blend all ingredients until the mixture reaches a completely smooth consistency.
03 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding additional agave syrup or honey, as desired.
04 - Pass the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher for a refined, smoother texture.
05 - Add ice cubes to the pitcher or distribute them among individual serving glasses as preferred.
06 - Pour agua fresca over ice and garnish each glass with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves if desired.
