# What You'll Need:
→ Base
01 - 9 cups rice Chex cereal or similar crisp rice cereal
→ Coating
02 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
03 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
→ Finishing
06 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
# Directions:
01 - Place the rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth, approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes.
03 - Stir pure vanilla extract into the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture until evenly blended.
04 - Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Using a spatula, gently fold until all pieces are evenly coated.
05 - Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag or container with a secure lid.
06 - Add powdered sugar to the bag or container, seal, and shake vigorously until every piece is coated with sugar and no wet spots remain.
07 - Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to cool and dry for at least 10 minutes before serving.
