# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a shallow bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
02 - Roll each tortilla into a cone shape and secure with a toothpick or wrap with foil. Brush cones with melted butter and roll evenly in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
03 - Place cones seam side down on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Allow to cool fully before removing toothpicks or foil.
04 - Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Incorporate heavy cream and vanilla extract, whipping until light and fluffy.
