# What You'll Need:
→ Tortilla Chips
01 - 8 small corn tortillas
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
03 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
04 - ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
→ Homemade Salsa
05 - 4 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
06 - ½ small red onion, finely chopped
07 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced
09 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - ½ teaspoon salt
12 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
# Directions:
01 - Set the air fryer to 350°F and allow it to warm up.
02 - Slice each corn tortilla into 6 to 8 wedges.
03 - Brush or spray both sides of tortilla wedges with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and optional chili powder.
04 - Place tortilla wedges in a single layer inside the air fryer basket; fry for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. Repeat in batches as needed.
05 - Remove chips and cool them on a wire rack to maintain crispiness.
06 - In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes to develop flavors.
07 - Serve the crispy tortilla chips alongside fresh salsa.
