# What You'll Need:
→ Puff Pastry
01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
→ Cheese
02 - 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 cubes
→ Cranberry
03 - ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
→ Garnish (optional)
04 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry sheet to smooth creases. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press each pastry square into muffin cups, gently shaping to fit.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry cup and top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
05 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped herbs and nuts over each cup.
06 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese has melted.
07 - Allow bites to cool slightly before serving warm.
