01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori
→ Seasoning
02 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
03 - 1 tablespoon tamari or gluten-free soy sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
05 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
06 - ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
07 - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

08 - 1 tablespoon crushed wasabi peas
09 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 285°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
03 - Place a nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment. Brush lightly with seasoning mixture.
04 - Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Place another nori sheet on top and brush again with seasoning. Repeat until all sheets are layered, finishing with a seasoned top.
05 - Use a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to cut the stacked sheets into bite-sized strips or squares.
06 - Spread pieces evenly on the baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool completely; pieces will crisp as they cool.
08 - Optionally garnish with crushed wasabi peas and chopped green onion. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
