01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori

06 - ¼ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
07 - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 285°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
03 - Place a nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment. Brush lightly with seasoning mixture.
