# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Optional Fillings

04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
05 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
06 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives

→ For Serving

07 - Sour cream
08 - Salsa

# Directions:

01 - Use a sharp knife or snowflake cookie cutter to cut snowflake shapes into 2 tortillas to form the tops.
02 - Place the remaining 2 whole tortillas on a work surface. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, leaving a border. Add optional fillings as desired.
03 - Place the snowflake-cut tortillas on top of the cheese-covered tortillas to form assembled quesadillas.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer one quesadilla to the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese begins to melt.
05 - Flip carefully and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from skillet and repeat the cooking process with the second quesadilla.
07 - Allow to cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve with sour cream and salsa.
