Step 4:
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully transfer one quesadilla to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden and the cheese begins to melt.
Step 5:
Carefully flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Step 6:
Remove from skillet, repeat with the second quesadilla.
Step 7:
Let cool slightly, then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
