06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, substitute nutritional yeast for vegan option)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - Transfer drained pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes (if desired), sea salt, black pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta in a single layer onto prepared baking sheet.
