06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a mixing bowl or pitcher until smooth and emulsified.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall glasses, distributing evenly.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee equally between both glasses over the ice.
04 - Add half of the tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly to integrate.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
06 - Taste, adjust sweetness if desired, and serve immediately.
